In 2006 the Owners of Vance Creek Hotel, undertook a complete renovation, refurbishing and repositioning of the guestroom areas.

• The roof membrane was removed and replaced with the latest in torch-on roof technology
• New sprinkler, smoke detector and alram systems were installed throughout for guest safety
• All eletrical wiring and plumbing were replaced and upgraded
• Walls were stripped down to their original 8" thick concrete block, ceilings were stripped and floors were scraped to original finished
• New drywall was installed on ceiling and walls, an inch and a half of soft concrete was poured on the floors to add quite
• Suites were repainted and refinished with new cabinetry and furnishings.
• New windows and doors
• 2 hot tubs for owner and hotel guest use
